Voltage when changing my leisure battery is circa 14 Volts when the battery is approaches full charge. The electronics obviously control so you don't overcharge the battery and can leave it connected.

The point I was getting at is that if the Eber doesn't draw too much you should be able to leave the charger on and have the Eber running without drawing down the battery at all. It should also be stable. I have 2 x 110 Amp hr batteries but only charge one if its well down as it would take forever on doing two at once. It will however maintain a bank of two at optimum charge.

Agreed its only one of a range of chargers that are available on the market. can you borrow one of someone to try it before making the purchase? That would at least prove that the eber can run reliably given the right stable voltage.
