Also one with a flood facility would be useful, but not essential.
Doesn't need to be LED either.
Any recommendations?

:D
Sorry, yes, didn't explain that very well!

Anyway, I've ordered a Golight Stryker now, so I don't want anybody telling me how useless they are because it's too late!

I like the look of those, but they seem to be expensive..... Which model? Where from? How much?

I got this one from here: http://www.globalrifle.co.uk/golight-stryker-two-speed-chrome-finish-spotlight-38-p.asp
Actually ordered the White one, but had a message to say it was out of stock and I could have the chrome finish for the same price.
Cost was £290.00 all in, can be bought on ebay for around £30.00 less if you get one from the states.

I really liked the look of the HID one, but it's a lot more expensive as is the LED version.

No connection with the company etc.

That's reassuring, thanks for that.
Hoping it will be ok, also hoping that the wiring for the original spotlight is easy to get to!

Just be careful with the existing wiring as that was how I blew my original joystick.

Mune came with the correct wiring harness and I would recommend using the one supplied.

My (US) boat came with that one as standard. Rotates and tilts up and down well, lights up well, responds to the remote control well, hasn't corroded. No more to say as we never boat in the dark/ dusk !
