Radar problem

I have a Racal Decca 130 radar set circa 1988 vintage which gives an excellent picture and has been proved to be very accurate. It has now developed a fault whereby it will work in the track mode but will eventually fill the screen until being re-set by changing the range. It will not work at all when turning the tracking mode off. Racal decca no longer exist, does anyone have any bright ideas as to what the problem may be and hpw and where I can get it fixed (I am based in Exmouth, Devon).
