Quick release on windlass

Sorry but this is a new to me boat so asking a few questions.
This lewmar anchor winch, is there a quick release mechanism and can I disengage something to allow a winch handle to be used

Just stick a winch handle on it and turn - that releases the clutch. I think from memory they're a normal thread (righty righty, leftie loosie)
