I have a 12 volt feed coming from my main battery through to a locker under my canopy which has a 2 pin connector attached. It is about 3 cm diameter with a screw cover - one of the holes is slightly smaller in dia than the other. I wondered if this was a standard marine type fitting and if so where I could buy a male plug with a similar screw fixing from.

It would be very handy as a dinghy inflator point. It also has a small push button just above which i guess is a momentary switch for power??

Any ideas greatly recieved - if not i'll have to buy a complete male/female kit.

Sounds like a standard 2-pin splash-proof connector- wd think that index-marine & any decent chandlery can supply what you need.

<font color=blue> If it looks like either of the pictures below then these are available and similar types from any marine store. You may have to buy the complete unit to get the bit you want.
