posting with photograph

Many apologies because I have read on the forum how to post with a photo but it was some time ago and I did not keep a copy. I now want to ask a question about dismantling a sail drive leg and want to show how far I've got and ask what do I do next.
So please can someone explain how I add a photo to a post? Thanks.

I find the best way is hosting your pic on a site like photobucket (other sites are available) then all you need to do is copy the image URL which you will see when you look at your pic and paste it into your post here.
