Thanks for posting and well found.
Good old epoxy plywood comes out well and hardwoods can be liable to splitting.

Went through this years ago when I had a restaurant. Some experts found out that wood is easier to clean and has natural disinfectant properties.

Obviously there are people in the UK who still think this thread is all about cutting boards.? That is not surprising as the pandemic has taken a very bad toll on people's mental health and these people need help.
