I need a plastic (nylon/delrin) bush to fit the 29mm mount/pin of my passerelle into the 32mm socket of my passerelle mount/socket. Does anyone know where I could get such a bush or could they make one for me (for which I would pay, obviously!)

Have a look at bearing factors for Iglidur bushes.
Alternatively what's the wall thickness of 32mm plastic waste pipe?
You might get by, cover the pin with a couple of layers of heat shrink?

I can make you one but international delivery is almost impossible at the moment.

Acetal/Delrin/PET/Oilon/etc no problem.
I'm in no great hurry - can't get to the boat any way :-( and I need my calipers to accurately measure, which are also on the boat. If I am having one made, I'd probably go for a 'top hat' design to stop the bush dropping out of the passarelle socket. What material would you suggest and could you give me a ballpark price? Thanks

Delrin (acetal) is the optimum material. I find that the standard material in this equipment swells over time, assume it is nylon. I drill a drain hole in mine, comes as a closed cup, to try to limit exposure to water.
