This news was mentioned on the Liveaboard forum a few weeks back, HERE.

The report mostly focuses on ships, but it is a rising problem for yachts. Regrettably this is inevitable as yachts display such conspicuous wealth in poor countries and it becomes known what easy pickings they are.
