I saw a Land Rover on the M6 a few weeks ago with the number H1 HLB. Does this belong to you know who?

Who else has a personalised reg we can look out for (and which boating area likely to be in)

PS I don't have one.

No dont own a landrover, but it's funny you ask. When trying to register on here, long time ago. I was running out of fresh user names cos it kept rejecting them. So thought of my car number plate!!

No one can force me to come here-----------

I have always wondered in 1977 when the old S reg prefix came out, who got P.E.N.1.S, no doubt it will be on something like an old Austin maxi or something as good as that!.

Nope, well I dont think so anyway. Not many one digit plates around these days altho I met the guy who has number 1 on his car. It was the Guvnor of Guernsey the RH L.Bailiff or whatever he is called.

I've seen the Jag with the number "7" at powerboat events. It is from the Channel Islands I believe, and involved in powerboat racing.

If it's just got '7' it's from Guernsey, if it's J7 it's from Jersey. You wouldn't believe the prices over here for low digit numbers, it's the nearest we can get to having show off number plates, you're looking at £20K -£30K for a 2 or 3 digit number.

My PP would be AML 1 or 1 AML both owned by a famous car Co

Aston Martin Lagonda ........ shucks. They also own AM V8.
and yes it was on a AM V8.

My Dad and Mum both have PP's on their cars......... in the 70's Dad bought a car that had MMM 7 on it but said he didnt want it (too flashy then) much to my childish tantrums ...... Still I was right ...... would be worth a bob or 2 now

In the days when strippers were not allowed to even blink an eyelid (or whatever) on stage, one of the Windmill Theatre's girls had the plate PEN 15. Can't remember her name.
