Palm Chart Plotting

I am quite sure this has beed covered, but I tried to search the forum for palm and chart plotting and the whole thing froze up on me, so here goes. Are there any programs for the Palm OS that allow chart plotting, vector or Raster, for the UK waters? And any recommendations on astro navigation software for the same?

I bought a program called Pocket navigator that worked on my HP palm + navman Jacket and works a treat.
