It seems that unless i go straight to the oosterschelde from Bradwell it will not be an issue
I was intending to go to Ostend then have a look at Ternuizen & Antwerp as i have been to flushing loads of times but never up that part

Wonder why Maersk have ordered their next ships, Triple E, 20 of them from Daewoo in Korea?

Cost. Maersk (AP Moller) owned the Odense Shipyard where the E Class Box boats were built. They have since closed down the yard.

If hauling freight is where they make money -rather than building ships -then perhaps for them ( as opposed to Demark) it is the right investment
Especially if Danish labour has priced itself out of the game

Moller have a large teaching establishment,built to a very high quality & funded by Moller, within Churchill College Cambridge, the inside styling is as on-board a ship.

Not making much money hauling freight. Think they are regretting the large order for the Triple E class, they have cancelled the build options for more of this class.
Core business for Maersk is now oil and gas.
