I have never really understood the sailboat versus mobo thing because both involve being on the water and both are great fun in their own right but I guess we all have preferences. Good that the OP is delighted with their new toy and we will look out for them next time we around that part of the east coast

It depends on where you are quite often ..

Some areas are prone to noise, wash, sunday boaters in mobo's that do no justice for real mobo owners. But of course you can get some real plonkers in sailboats ...

So I think a lot of it comes from plonkers in the respective type of boat ...

No disrespect to others on the forums ........... but I do find it surprising the apparent lack of common sense or ability to work things out that appears to be in boating ...
