silk spectacles cloth or a microfibre polishing cloth

Mr Muscle glass cleaner and kitchen roll

lense cleaner and microfibre cloth. Kitchen roll sounds a bit agressive really.

Cleaner for spectacles, spread with fingers avoiding any buttons, wipe then dry with clean handkerchief.

If really smegy, dilute washing up liquid on microfiber cloth first.

Soap and water under the tap

Micro fibre cloth, flick a small amount of water on one surface, wipe screen and dry and polish with dry side.
