Yes, but she may need some help choosing a suitable means of propulsion. I'll kick off with the suggestion that she fits a rowlock to the stern - sculling looks more practicable than rowing.

You're right. I shouldn't have taken the necessary skeg and 200 kg of ballast for granted. She should check those before signing the contract.
