Can I use Netflix in France once I have an account set up in the UK?

It's very good but unfortunately I couldn't use it in France last year. However you might be able to if you use something like a VPN or Expat shield.

There are reports (speculation?) that Netflix will launch in France in the autumn.

Meanwhile we are getting all UK domestic TV on broadband though an outfit called Smartsat - http://www.netdream.tv/
Works on our domestic WiFi through a set-top box about the size of a fag packet.

Expat shield is now called Hotspot shield. It costs about €30 a year which removes all the annoying pop-ups with the old Expat Shield.

I got Netflix to work in France last year - with ExpatShield.
However, it was all but unwatchable. Bandwith - out in the sticks in deepest Finisterre - was a major issue.
