Nearest boat lift to Cherbourg?

Can anyone tell me where the nearest boat lift (we're 8 tons) to Cherbourg is? We were planning to be lifted onto a lorry next week and have just found out that their lift is not working betweeb Tuesday and Friday. Our mast is down, hence we're looking for somewhere to motor to.

I don't know what the capacity is, but there is a boat lift in Dielette. That's not too far from Cherbourg.

Isn't there a local crane operator you could use if the Cherbourg lift is out of action?

Dielette one will take 8 tonnes I am sure. Its quite a big mobile crane hoist.

Is'nt there one in St Vaast. Not too far away.

There is a brand new boat lift in St Vaast. Working since last summer.
