There is mention of a large White building, in a famous channel pilot, that burnt down 60 years ago ?.I have to say I prefer the unverified opinion of 100 strangers alongside their holiday pics than the "verified" opinion of a professional author who wrote some words in exchange for money. I don't necessarily doubt the words of the author, but from 100 strangers I can usually get a good picture of reality. This only works if the community grows so forgive my enthusiasm
I have found Navily and CA Captains mate to both be useful.
