Want to dismantle my navigation light, I assume the lens must be a flexible push fit. Mounting screws appear to be a captive fit. Advice please on how to dismantle20201001_140827a.jpg20201001_140926a.jpg

Under the light is there not a push button this will allow the front to be removed and access to any bolts, screws.
What he said :)
Press the button to release the bottom of the front of the light and it should hinge up to release the dogs at the top. You can then get to the inside of the light and the screws that hold the back panel to the boat.

And enjoy the gentle splash as the rubber seal and bulb drop into the water - just a hint to have an open carrier bag or bucket under the light just in case. It has only happened to me once but I try to do daft things only once. Of course since then nothing has ever dropped into the carrier bag.
Someone once suggested carrying an umbrella on board for these types jobs.

And if it's the same as mine even the coloured lens is loose in the cover so that can go splash too. Luckily I was on dry land when I discovered that.
