Help! My Navico RT 6500 S VHF has ceased working. Does anyone have any technical info to help my tame radio engineer fix it?

Now distributed by Simrad. I found their customer service people very helpful when I had a problem with my Navico VHF. Don't have the 'phone number handy, but they are in Bordon, Hants.
