Yep - has been on the bank for at leat 15 years but no deterioration.

So what is it; a general consensus is a Mayland but many disagree.

It's a boat that will do your job handsomely - who cares what it is or whence it came? Just needs a Seagull 102 or Silver Century Plus on the back and it will be perfect.

It could be a seasafe, I had a seasafe fisherman 14 ft different top, but has that familiar look, mebby not.

I think this is a seasafe, made by Scantlebury at Plymouth who made Plymouth Pilots, and Saltrams....I think. I had one but it was nicked from Helford.
