Glad to see them back. Although something (double aft cabin? minature chart table? windows in hull? sail drive? spade rudder? modern anchor?) seems to have riled the OP.

As touched on in another thread, is there a market willing to pay four times more for a boat that looks like something four times cheaper? GT yachts tried it so did Island Packet. Halberg Rassy had a go as well, now Amel and Najad.

....so I guess people are willing to pay the premium for what essentially looks the same as a £200k Beneteau
The British Army were very good at buying batches of them and selling them on a few years later. Not sure they do that any more.
