Yep. So close I could have almost paddled the boat there! But we went at 6.5 knots (tickover) to enjoy the views. Still took an hour

I remember snorkelling over to those slanted rocks on the LHS of your pic and there is a shallow shelf you can stand up on quite far out .

I can report that Port Cros is a lovely place to visit. Levant also is very nice but of course you must respect the local culture and go naked. We Germans dont have a problem with that!

Which IIRC has good shelter from easterlies.

We got as far as st tropez a few weeks ago and was held up for three days with high winds and never got that far round, it’s on the cards for August.
