Maxi Roach

I'm thinking of changing my Westerly Seahawk's current in mast sail for a fully battened Maxi Roach.
All the blurb says that I can get better performance - is this true? Anyone had any experience with this Maxi Roach?

We've had one on our Vancouver 28 for a couple of seasons - it works really well and we're pleased with it. Get them to fit it for you though as it's not obvious (although easy) how to fit and remove the battens when you want to remove the sail in the winter. We also asked for (and got in writing) a money-back-if-not-satisfied guarantee!
