I use to think that BAP had the exclusive S Coast Fairline dealership until I talked to somebody at BAP. Apparently, in theory they do but the actual situation has been more confused with some of the sub dealers trying and succeeding in dealing direct with the factory on some sales. My guess is that this is BAP finally throwing their toys out of the pram and 'regularising' the situation.
As regards buying a boat over the net, you're still going to need somebody to do the actual face to face negotiation, carry out seatrials, provide warranty back up and the so on so my guess is that dealers are here to stay
