What are the charges in general for (say for a 27footer)

Visitors per night/day
for overwintering
for summer only

The prices at Chichester Marina for my 31ft Moody, £3,073 PA. This includes 32 days at another Premier marina free, so this could have an impact on cost etc. Also there is a discount system if you are away for certain periods of time.

I'd keep quiet if I was you're being under charged. Is that plus vat? It was £3240 for my boat last season there and it's 3ft smaller than yours. This season it was £3400. They don't do the money off if a visiter uses your berth anymore.
