1) The advert is really badly worded, since it does not exist!!!
I moor 5 miles from there, and i can tell you i went passed the site
4 weeks ago and there is not even a break in the bank.
the *SITE* is for sale. not a marina.
(it was in a local paper)

2) and what do you mean it does not count since its on a river?

Obviously to be a proper marina it would have to be on the sea (or the Solent at least) not on a river! I am of course joking.

LOLSCOTK, The *REAL* boating gets done on the severn/bristol channel
were on the tidal range is 15 metres and the stream runs at 6 knots!!!!

I moor at kempsey (Seabourne Leisure) on the severn.
