Well its nearly April and I am still waiting for an update of 2009 tides

I can't generate sufficient pressure on my own, I have registered with them but looks like I am going to have to change my software

Anyone else waiting?

Me to, Maptech said that an email would be sent to me once the info is received from the USA? my software is 2008,has any one purchased the 2009 package? if so did it have tides for 2009???

I had an email exchange with their MD in the USA. I'm using Offshore Navigator (OSN) not Chart Navigator or Chart Navigator Pro (CNP). I understand that they have the tides working with OSN but not CNP -no idea what the problem is.

I nagged Maptech UK until they gave me the email address of the MD in the USA. I now have a tide disk, the data installed, and everything working. I don't believe you can get it work with CNP - but I don't know.

By the way - my reason for not updating to CNP is their vile and riiculous way of displaying current info. You can all join me in nagging them about that.

I have the same problems with the french dealer every year in France.Next time I shall change to a new system perhaps SOB
