Is it just me or does it look like there's a serious fuel spillage there?

It really is quite tight along that pontoon to the wall - Don't know how you managed it in a 40footer last summer, well done Mick

Cor blimey you cant do anything these days without someone spotting you.

Not long after lost starboard engine, EVC went into wobbler mode and get you home mode, drat!, had to transfer my charter over to Brian on Papillion, 600 smackers gone /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif snot fair why do these things always happen when you are working and not when you are out faffing about on your own /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Plus we missed the last bridge lift and are now out on the Kind Edward pier so have to get up a 04.00 to go bring her back in /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

Thanks for the EVC calibration doc Mick just got it shall be button pushing like the clappers in the am.

I'll be dreaming of 5 sunny days on SV2 starting at noon tomorrow - yipee.

I hope to be able to log on from the marina with a new wireless thingy, if not, I'll call you.

Best of luck with the EVC.

Its a 50 not a 40 or even a 38!!!

Neither is a sexy Italian 39!/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

But i've still very much looking forward to the guided tour of it, in a fortnights time at Dublin.

Cheers

Al.

Oh Al,

You took the bait - hook, line & sinker.

/forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif

Nautical gave you a free avatar /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

Are you sure you didn't enter into some kind of contract - not like him to give freebies /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Well that was interesting, lost all power on the starboard engine now and tripped out the bow thruster was giving it so much dixie crabbing up the channel then trying to get on the finger stern too with a bit of wind and single handed, skippy would be proud of me /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif, the fact it took me six attempts was a bit of a swine but least I didn't scratch it and there wasn't a soul around at 04.30 to see my backwards and forwards antics /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Now to get the darn thing fixed before heading off to liverpool next week /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

No think its a follow on from loosing the revs in gear last night, I couldn't do the recalibration last night as we were rocking and rolling all over the place with the North Easterly. I have just been down and have followed the recalibration notes you emailed and I think that might have done it but I'll have to go back out again to try as dont think harbour master will appreciate me giving it dixie up and down the marina /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

You really notice the difference on one engine up that tiny channel as even though you correct the thrust with helm she still crabs a bit sideways which means you are pooping yourself going past those sticky out outboard skegs. Sweat? me? too bloomin right /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
