As far as I could see, Mr Pilot was simply saying that there might be other manufacturers besides the four you listed who would sell s suitable clock, because at least one of "you" manufacturers sells movements.

VO5, reading this thread, are you a horologist? If so, do you repair and service clocks? If not, can you recommend anyone in SE England?
We have a Schatz Royal Mariner mechanical ships chimes clock in our living room. We purchased it along with a matching barometer for our 25th wedding anniversary, 15 years ago. It keeps time well and works perfectly but has never been cleaned or serviced and we are looking to find someone reliable to do it. It has great sentimental value!
