LM33 Vitesse

I am thinking of buying an LM33 and would appreciate any information anyone has on them.

I think it's a Danish motor sailer - at least that is what LM normally make - more sailer than motor I believe.

It is one of the later, and rather sportier, LM range. I believe LM are Danish but it has been suggested to me that the Vitesse was actuially built in Germany.

From memory, all the reports I've seen on LMs have been positive, especially with regard to build quality. Yes LM is/was a Danish Co.and I think someone else has now taken over the building of some of their models. In fact I saw, in some publication, a boat that I assumed was an LM but the text gave it another name - can't remember what unfortunately. That could explain the German connection.

Sorry: your post is 18 months old now so I don't know if this will be of help, but if you still want to know more about Vitesse 33 please let me know. I have owned mune for 3 years and am very pleased. More info if you want it, and if you DID buy the boat could you let me know anyway as I am keen to get an informal web-based user group established.
