Little help needed with this site

I'm just starting to get to grips with all this new fanggled stuff but I'm now struggling with what should no doubt be simple but I need help to crack it!

When I click on the "quote" button I get the quote up but when I then add any further comments it gets added to the quote (inside the box).

Can someone enlighten me as to how I add my own text after the quote?

Click your cursor after the bit that says [ quote] and then press Return and just carry on as normal.

Best to hurry before OhDrat spots it - seems to have had one or two lemonades tonight.

just make sure that you type your response after the (/quote)
