They serviced my liferaft in February this year. It was sent to them by my local marine engineers so no direct contact but I have no complaints, raft came back promptly with certificate etc.
Unless you have hundreds of lifejackets like channel above, I wouldn't bother sending them off to an agent. Four or five LJs are very easy to service yourself. Liferafts a different matter.

I've not got it back but that's because I haven't had the time to pick it up. all in all they seem really efficient and very pleasant to deal with. And have not rushed me to take it back, considering that it was all servied and ready about 6 weeks ago!
