Thank you, I'll take whatever I can get right now, schadenfreude or not...
Three things I found particularly interesting on the video: How easily the big rib went over with a breaking wave on the beam.
The prat on the wetbike trying to make everyone's life a misery and then driving into a set of piles. Perfect.
The girl in the bikini on the parallel bars (obviously)
And people think about using a tender as a liferaft........ ?Three things I found particularly interesting on the video:

How would a liferaft cope with a wave like that? And people think about using a tender as a liferaft........ ?
It's what they are designed to do with ballast pockets and drogues. Plus people. A sea survival course answers many fears people have about life rafts. Horrible, sea sick inducing, stinky, violently moving, cold, wet misery.....and your best shot at living. IMO.How would a liferaft cope with a wave like that?
Sounds like what they say about a bad case of mal-de-mer: first you are afraid you are going to die, then afraid you won't...It's what they are designed to do with ballast pockets and drogues. Life in a liferaftCome on Captain, live up to your name. This is a yawn.
No-one who cannot afford a liferaft is actually going to stop using their boat until they can...
...and meanwhile, anyone who finds themself sinking with only a tender to climb into, will do that instead of swimming.
Although, your delightful description of what it is like to use a liferaft may have put it even further down my kit-shopping list. ?
