Leisure battery - where to buy?

Just when things were going soooo well, my 85ah leisure battery has developed a small leak on its base, on the underside face so it's hard to see exactly where the leak is .

So for those of you on the river, where do you buy your batteries from - chandlery, caravan shop, online etc.?

I found these guys on the internet too.

Not long after I was in Manchester delivering an old van and collecting a new one, to a place 5 minutes walk from these guys.
I went to see them and walking into the industrial estate I was reminded of a set off The Proffesionals, expecting a large Rotweiler dog on the end of a chain to race out snarling at me.
Went in and the blokes could not have been more helpful, even knocked an extra fiver off cos I was collecting in person. Battery is great. I shall be buying off them again.

That doesn't look like a 'Premium' anything, let alone battery.

Why would you think its going to be worthwhile at £49? Totally unbranded, no guarantee if the vendor 'moves on' and no brand name to give confidence!

I have to agree, in my experience cheap batteries last about 1 day past their guarantee date, but sometimes you get lucky.

Trouble is, with no name, you don't know what you're buying, and faded in the sun' means they may already be a year or two old
