Leisure 20 valuations

For comparison (but pre-covid) I bought a Bowman 26 with an almost new inboard diesel, in-date standing rigging, good sails, updated bunk cushions, windvane steering and tiller pilot for £4300. Even allowing for the trailerability factor as well as Covflation £6k for an L20 is bonkers...

When I had my L20 it was a lovely little boat but not really a trailer/sailer due to its weight. My first boat was a L17 which was much easier to launch and retrieve.

Yes indeed I wouldn’t like to haul a L20 out to often, I’ve got a mooring which makes this a bit easier.

The L20 for 6k is as you say bonkers, I managed to track down that very boat after a search of the internet and came across a old advert. She looked neglected as was on for £2750.
