Re: Exactly..

No. Its a bog brush without the handle! Its grown up, it was a cottonbud without the stick. But the big question is, if I buy a pedigree dog such as that for an astronomical sum, do I need to worry about the food costs!

Ohh and there's me been defending you whilst you've been off practising in the snooker hall Steve, and then you have a go at me?

The difference is Steve, I'm BETWEEN boats, not boatless like you. There is a difference. I've actually OWNED two and FWIW still do own two, the dinghy off my last boat and a speedboat with a 50HP O\B, but I concede that they're not "proper" boats and anyway that's besides the point.

I was sort of trying to say that just 'cos you've taken your time to choose the perfect boat, doesn't mean we (Tone actually) should take the p*** and tell you to hurry up etc. We can do that better when (or should that be if?) you do actually get one.

And re me getting a proper new boat, think I might wait till you've had yours for six months, fixed everything that goes wrong on it, then decide to sell it. And it'll only have about two more hours on than when you bought it, so will be a bargain. And I can do a spreadsheet and show you how, by selling it to me for 50% of what you paid, you'll be making money.

Reality is you're not gonna buy a boat before Xmas as TCM so accurately said, so when I win my shilling bet, that can go towards the down payment for the boat I'm gonna buy off you.

Re: The greenhouse

Sent them, did they get through. Massive files though, you'll need broadband if you don't want to sit there for ages downloading!
