All three of us had a nice time, food was good and we were made very welcome. We would have liked to come down for a drink afterwards, but the responsibility of being parents meant that we couldn't.

Any hangovers? /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Steve,

Sorry we didnt get to chat last night. I had a fairly early start this morning so wandered around to say goodbyes. Neil and crew (Morgana) were up and breakfasting with T25, Roger and Shiela (Moodysabre) were up and about, but Fullcircle (Jim et al) (apart from Dougie3bottles) was remarkably quiet. I guess the answer to your question could therefore well be yes ! /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

A splendid do of which a highlight was:

"What did you order for dinner sir?"
"I don't know - I'll just look it up on the internet"

Well done Dougie - priceless /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

next time you must turn up by boat or perform a forfeit

um..I thought the next do was a fireworks evening?

I had a clear enough head next morning to strip down my broken outboard, and fix it... and put it back together again without saving any screws.. and it actually fixed it. Well chuffed I am.

We were given little choice by our demanding skipper /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif and were forced to arise early or suffer the indignity of being awoken by a twelve year old on a mission /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif though thankfully , hangovers were in short supply /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
Very enjoyable evening and weekend , looking forward to meeting all attendees again /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif and maybe even more will be available for the next meeting /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif
