Lavac Problem

I have a Lavac which still works well but the glossy lining is separating from the bowl itself which appears to be aluminium. Does anybody know of a repair for this? Two pot paint or epoxy perhaps. The main problem I forsee is adhesion to the aluminium.

I think you can get a later china bowl for that but I'm not sure.

I had the same problem of the coating bubbling at the bottom. I cut out the bubbled area, wire brushed the alloy and feathered the edge of the plastic coating, mixed up normal fibre glass resin, Holts car repair stuff, added a bit of white pigment and then slapped it on. Bit rough but it was still Ok when I sold the boat three years after the repair.
