Is there a connector that would allow to join two stainless tubes at right angles without welding. One would be 19mm and the other 32mm.
It's to make a support for solar panels

One option is to use two interlocked/linked stainless hose clips.

It would be neater if you used tubes of the same size and of a size to fit the various joiners commonly available (or commonly available in Oz). Fittings here are sold for one to make your own Bimini, 'T' joints, right angle corners, maybe 45 degree corners. Fittings are also made for balconies (and structures to hold solar panels) etc.

These are not the the size you want 38.1mm Round Stainless Steel — Hammersmith but if you were to conduct a google search there is plenty of choice in Oz. Our local chandlery chain, Whitworths, stocks a decent cross section of joiners - surely its the same in the UK.

They tend to be a bit agricultural when made up into a structure - welding is the way to go - but more expensive.

As a real bodge which may suit is I have used RH thread end off a turnscrew. The one with an eye on the end. The eye part goes down in to one tube and a bolt is fitted at right angles to hold it in place. We now have a tube with a threaded piece protruding out. This goes through a hole in the other tube with a nut put in so tubes are bolted together. ol'will

How are you progressing with this.

I have some connectors for tube that I used, and then discarded in favour of welding and I could take some pictures if it would help.
