Yes. One of my more disappointing purchases. I was expecting at least some information that might help in setting up my Sadler 34 for a similar passage. There is really nothing useful in the whole video, they never give a tour of the boat or a list of equipment carried, where it was stowed, what was used/needed, and we didn't even find it very entertaining. The first "crossing" seemed to be a perfect example of how not to prepare and consequently led to ignominious retreat after only one day. The "tips" are ludicrous, e.g. "remember to take enough water for the crossing" and similar gems. Not recommended.

I was heartened by the fact that all three well-known yachting experts appeared to be far more indecisive and incapable than wife and self think we are, so there is hope for us all!

I agree regarding mail order. Sometimes it works out, more often than not it doesn't. My policy now is to carry it away if humanly possible. I tour local chandlers and suppliers until I find what I want. Costs more but how much is time worth?
