HI All,

I have downloaded my tracks from my Raymarine Chartplotter as as GPX file.

I would dearly like to get them into a format where I can add them to a word document.

Has anyone done this, or have any suggestions?

Thanks.

IN what form do you want them in the Word document? As a table or as a plot? In either case, GPX Viewer might help on a phone or tablet; GPX Studio on a PC.

OK .. judging by later post - it appears you wish to have the screen plot for insert to document. Above suggestions are good,.

On the subject of conversions generally ... a good utility to enable cross platform transfer of data is :

GPS Utility - Download

Basically - you would think that GPX is same across all brands ? No it is isn't ... many can accept - but there are units that the brands have played with the GPX format .... I'll leave you to guess who are prime in this ...
The app allows you to solve this and defeat the proprietary style of GPX and other formats. I asked Alan to include ONWA files - with example files from me - he soon had that included.

I see that he has opened it up as Freeware now ... the small price previously asked was well rewarded by its utility.
