...they would probably have written this: "Chasing The Horizon" by Derek Wynans. The 2008 Round Britain Powerboat Race was widely aknowledged to be one of the toughest offshore endurance races in the world, and for the author it certainly lived up to its reputation.
It seems to have gone down pretty well amongst the magazine reviewers: MotorBoat & Yachting gave it five stars, as did Sports Boat & RIB magazine. It's funny, honest, and the next best thing to actually taking part!
