Identify the antifoul

The antifoul on my boat was put on by the previous owner.. it looks in reasonable condition so I want to antifoul over it.. How to identify the existing stuff?
It is a curious colour.. a kind of coppery green and a little powdery looking.
Quite fine texture on a GRP hull. Previous owner had her kitted out for racing so suspect some sort of racing finish?

Any thoughts?

Probably one of the epoxy-based copper antifoulings - like Copperbot etc.

I will try to contact him but he is Belgian and lives in Brussels..
In the meantime any suggestions are welcome..
I will look up copper bot.. does look kind of epoxy based just abovr the waterline..
