Anybody any info on one of these yachts?

There's one for sale up in this part of the world and I'm thinking of having a look-see at the weekend.

Anything to be aware of?
Good points?
Bad points?

Cheers in advance /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

From a second boat guide I found usefull for a general idea of what to expect when looking at boats - the "Good Yacht guide"....

Elizabethan 30: "... design by David Thomas from 1969. Very successfull cruiser/racer with a long production run, starting with Peter Webster and continuing with other builders to varying standards. Originally very competitive as a half-tonner, but now regarded as a good all-rounder with clean lines, usefull accomodation and good headroom. Standard layout gave 2 bert forecabin, and going aft a separate heads, a roomy salon with a setee./bert to port which extends into a souble bert, and a single/setee/berth opposite. Aft of the saloon are a godo sized galley and nav station to port and starboard respectively. Eliz 9metre was racing verison"

Hiummingbird 31: "... hull is based on old Elisabethan 30, a very successfull design from 1969, with some modifications to the stern. Otherwise different with new lid and longer coachroof also smaller cockpit and more emphasis on cruising and comfortable accomodation. She was partly aimed at the home builder for kit completion, but the results could be good with good performance and added comfort. From 1979/80"
