How do you get aboard your boat

It can be done; Centaurs came with a gate in the pushpit as standard, a lot of owners fit a transom ladder as well and are then pretty well set up.

Was this an answer to me? Where would I get fittings from. Maybe have a bit of chain with a carabiner.

Dinghy to rear as have a ladder with a folding section. The folding section just touches the water when down so put the dinghy on side to the stern and fold down the ladder and it's held their fairly well by the ladder. I then secure the front painter and also a rear one if I'm not going anywhere on the boat. This is a very stable platform like this, enough for me to get large sheets of ply and equipment on board anyways.

I'm sure you could do better than a bit of chain, but it would almost certainly require removing the pushpit from the boat and taking it to a stainless fabricators.

IIRC the Centaur has the middle horizontal part of the pushpit pivotted at one end, I think there's a wing nut on a short chain at the detachable end, then that part of the tubing is swung down vertical.

I'm meeting a chum on his rather fine Centaur tmorrow so I'll try to remember to photograph the arrangement.

Sounds the same as my Discus.
