Looks like thats from a Benny 40.7 or similar, where the bottom 1/5 or so is below deck (in a well).
Fingertip helming but some say "momentum" is a problem...

Saw a boat last month with two big wheels, they were massive, all they needed was some flashing lights and gondolas and you would have thought that the travelling fair had arrived.
