http://www.thecrownestate.co.uk/welcome_anchorages.pdf
includes many small harbours and anhorages in Scotland.

http://www.tb-training.co.uk/Contents.htm
is excellent for boat maintenance advice.

http://www.itu.int/online/mms/mars/ship_search.sh
is the ITU list of ship's call signs and MMSI numbers.

http://www.cadastral.com/2011jan.htm
is an online source of ephemeris for the sun and Polaris (page for jan; you can work out how to get other months yourself!)

Hope not all are reposts - I didn't spot them above anyway.

Acorn Engineering at Ashton -u Lyne (acornengineer.co.uk) are by the canal side so inevitably have lots of narrow boat stuff but also have many of those hard to source items of an engineering or electrical nature. Their catalogue must be a bible for boatbuilders.
