Noticed recently that most new posters on MOBO chat, believe we have lost derogation, when did this happen??

I have written again to my MP who was very supportive last time I wrote after recent speeches by TB & GB about harmonisation not being all together necessary. We'll see what happens, also contacted my new UKIP MEP who couldn't agree more that we should leave things as they are and literally tell em to go forth. My kinda guy!! Paul
