Somebody got it wrong in the Bembridge Channel on Saturday

A bit of a convoluted entrance. Just checked my navionics, even following the buoys might not be beneficial . Hopefully no damage!

Its not as bad as it looks.
Dont think any damage was done, we saw them the following day leaving.

Happens a lot there, sail type boats are a bit more dramatic when they lean right over....

It's the sort of entrance where you think you're following the buoys in but then you look behind and see you missed one

After a mishap and Lifeboat towed me in - the LB got to the last leg before the turn between the sand banks - he ran aground !! He'd missed a buoy !!

My fathers boat - entering many years ago .. a Catamaran coming out was hogging that same narrow channel between the spits - we ran aground as he pushed us to the side ... spent the tide with sandcastles and kids round us !!
